![]() I have a cheap battery tester (not a multimeter), so I don't have an exact measurement of the voltage of each battery - however, the weird thing is that they both tested in the "good" range on the meter. I think it's safe to say that a new battery fixed my issue. I even moved the PC 6 inches back to where it was when I first started having this issue. UPDATE: It's 4 days later and I haven't had the issue again. If I don't report back, that probably fixed it. I just replaced the battery with a fully charged replacement. It works for a few days then it has this problem again, then it goes away. I moved the computer back and it's working again, but it's been intermittent. Strangely enough, this was working without a problem for half a year until I literally shifted my computer about 6 inches. But if I rest it on a book and move the mouse around as I slowly move them away from the unifying receiver (all while continuing to use the mouse) it's like there's an invisible line where it stops working… Interestingly, if I move the mouse close to the unifying receiver (about 2 feet away), it works flawlessly. The unifying receiver is about 5 feet away from my keyboard and mouse, but only the mouse ever loses connection. Oddly, for the past 6 months I have I have only ever used the unifying receiver (never used Bluetooth), but I started having this issue recently.
